EMG Role & Responsibilities
I have almost a decade of enterprise-level technology, branding, advertising and cross-channel marketing management and planning experience for such clients as Sprint, Harrah's Entertainment, UCLA and ConocoPhillips. I've produced and envisioned a diversity of national and international strategic marketing initiatives for some of the largest corporations, brands and non-profits worldwide. I've also been given the opportunity to share my own opinions and agency outcomes across such subjects as technology innovations, market trends and strategic marketing as a public speaker, featured panelist, author and thought leader. As principal and chief visionary officer of EMG, my role requires me to identify and analyze market opportunities for EMG clients as well as the agency itself; creating recommendations for sound solutions to address the most complex communication and marketing challenges facing the industry today. What many of you don't know however is that I had quite humble beginnings as a filmmaker. I feel than that my most important job is to ensure that the art and power of great storytelling makes its way into everything we produce here at EMG.

Interests
As a true native Southern Californian, I like to think that I take full advantage of offerings of my backyard, from hiking to skiing. However, my all-time favorite pastime, besides great restaurants, would be simply going to the movies. I enjoy the gamut of motion picture genres from independent "whatchamacallit" films to major blockbusters.

Favorite Books
The Historian - A must read. Really anything by Dean Koontz, Steven King, Anne Rice, or Tom Clancy (I know they are somewhat cliche') will keep Damien up on those cold winter nights (yes, I know it's cheesy).
Accomplishments
B.A. California State University Fullerton - Communications Damien also is current president of the Ad2 Orange County (www.ad2oc.com) - a group whose mission is to offer career development, continuing education, and social networking opportunites of the advertising and marketing leaders of tomorrow.
