As VP, Business Development at Earthbound Media Group, Fran leads the generation of new business and opportunity development. Her initiatives include overseeing all marketing, communication and reputation management strategies along with the maintenance and cultivation of EMG’s partnerships. Fran is the epitome of today’s “renaissance woman.” Before joining EMG, in 2007 she created BFF Consultants – a media consulting firm which specialized in creating sales and marketing strategies for numerous national and regional publishers. She was a publisher at Modern Luxury Media, LLC, where she guided the 2006 launch of Modern Luxury Hawaii in Honolulu. Fran was an advertising director at LPI Media in Los Angeles from 2000-2006, overseeing the Western Region advertising sales for the print and digital editions of Out, The Advocate, The Out Traveler. Fran and her team achieved record sales at LPI for the western region year over year, and in 2006 she and her team achieved the highest advertising sales for the western region in LPI’s 39-year history. Fran has a BFA Degree in Theater from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
