ConAgra Foods is one of North America's largest packaged food companies serving consumer grocery retailers, as well as restaurants and other foodservice establishments. Identifying a need to provide workplace violence prevention training for its multicultural, multilingual workforce, ConAgra sought out a partner to plan and develop custom training media in both Latin American Spanish and English languages.
To develop an effective communication strategy and platform, EMG partnered with the Threat Assessment Group (TAG) which is known as the world leader in workplace violence prevention. TAG was also a natural partner because it holds comprehensive annual training conferences each year and provides a diversity of consulting services for its Fortune 500 clients worldwide.
The training software series is geared toward managers and employees and includes extensive video-based case studies regarding employees' roles in preventing work place violence, as well as workbooks for instructors. EMG produced all video assets and multilingual content for the training software and worked closely with TAG throughout the process to ensure the software developed would result in reducing workplace violence for American Express and its corporate partners.
